Dr. Alexander Boer
is a senior manager at KPMG Responsible AI. He is an expert in artificial intelligence, law, and risk management, and holds a PhD degree in Artificial Intelligence & Law from the University of Amsterdam. At that university he worked as an artificial intelligence researcher for two decades, applying artificial intelligence technologies to practical and theoretical problems. Over the last few years Alexander built up a lot of experience with the implementation of the Digital Services Act and Digital Markets Act in online platform organizations.
